Our Spring Caroline Bows are made with a plush velvet. The feel, weight, and drape is so soft and catches the light beautifully. At the same time they are durable and easy peasy for dressing up or down for every day wear! We love these for pig tails, side swept looks, and on headbands for baby noggins.
